I.Profile of the team leader

Mao Junfawasthe Academician ofChineseAcademy of Sciences(CAS) and President of Shenzhen University. In 1992, he received his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University, andsuccessively madepostdoctoral research at the Chinese University of Hong Kong(CUHK)and the University of California, Berkeley(UCB). From July 1992 to January 2022, he worked in Shanghai JiaoTong University, and successively served as Dean and Vice President of theDepartmentsof Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering. In February 2022, he served as thePresidentof Shenzhen University. Mao Junfawasa Fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics, Chairman of Microwave Branch, Director of Editorial Committee ofJournal of Microwaves, Fellow ofChina Institute of Communications,IEEE Fellow, Member of IEEE Fellow Committee in 2015, winner of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, head of innovation research group of National Natural Science Foundation of China, project leader of basic science research center, and chief scientist of 973Project.

Mainly engaged in the research of high-speed andradio frequency(RF)integrated circuits and intelligent sensing technology, he has presided over more than 40 national and provincial-level projects, published more than 500 academic papers,including more than 160 papers in IEEE journals, and authorized 40 invention patents. The research results have been used inthe implementation of somemajor projects or equipment development in China, andhavewon theSecond Prizeof National Natural ScienceAward(RankII), theSecond PrizeoftheNational Technological InventionAward(RankI), theSecond PrizeoftheNational Scientific and Technological ProgressAward(RankI) and Science and Technology Innovation Awardof theHo Leung Ho Lee Foundation for each. The responsible achievement“Key Technologies and Tools of RF Integrated Circuit EDA”was selected as one of theTop Ten Major Scientific Developmentsof ChineseColleges and Universitiesin 2020.He has wontwosecond prizesof national teaching achievements(rankedIandIIrespectively).

III.Recruitment position and job requirements

Positiontitle: postdoctoral fellow

1. Position requirements:

1) Under the age of 35-year, having obtained a doctoral degree from a high-level university or research institution at home or abroad for no more than 3 years, and possessing strong scientific research ability, innovative consciousness, cooperative spirit and development potential.

2) Students with a background in microelectronics, RF integrated circuits and systems, electronic packaging integration technology, electromagnetic and microwave technology, and other fields are preferred.

2. Work and life benefits:

1) The comprehensive annual salary starts from 320,000 yuan; Shenzhen City grants 300,000 yuan to outbound postdoctoral fellows for scientific research investment or pre-venture expenses of entrepreneurship;

2) Career development: Qualified postdoctoral fellows can apply for evaluation of professional and technical qualifications; Those who perform well during the station and meet the recruitment conditions can be recruited as pre-employment and long-term employment teachers on a selective basis;

2. Introduction procedures

1) Preliminary screening of resumes: The preliminary examination is completed within 4 weeks after sending the application email, and failure to receive a reply within 6 weeks can be considered as failure in the preliminary screening.

2) Comprehensive investigation: The team conducts a comprehensive investigation of the applicant’s scientific research ability, determines the proposed candidates to be introduced, and submits them to the university for approval.

3) The university approves.
