The College of Continuing Education (CCE) aims to provide high-quality adult education through distinctive degree and non-degree programs. It serves as an important channel of Shenzhen University to serve the society. The mission of CCE is to become a leading adult lifelong education base in China. Adult education, together with undergraduate education and graduate education, constitutes the talent training system of Shenzhen University.
Founded in 1983, CCE is located in Luohu campus, the downtown area of Luohu district. It is currently the largest, most comprehensive and well-equipped continuing education base invested and constructed by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. CCE boasts excellent facilities with an area of 22,000 m2. There are more than 100 teaching venues including multimedia rooms, computer labs, standard assembly rooms, and modern conference halls.
CCE offers 44 undergraduate programs and junior college programs for adult students with teaching sites located in various cities in Guangdong Province. We provide students with both online and offline courses. From 2017 to 2019, CCE was awarded the Most Influential College of Continuing Education in China by China Education Media. The College strives to provide high-quality, multilevel and multiform non-degree training and has become the training center for Party and Government Cadres in Guangdong province with the number of trainees reaching over 20,000 per year. As a partner of Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education, we also offer joint programs with foreign universities and educational organizations.
