Intl students at Shenzhen University explore changes to rural life in Guangdong

Recently,10internationalstudentsfromRussia,Brazil,Pakistan,BangladeshandothercountriesvisitedbeautifulruralareasinHeyuanCityofGuangdongProvincetolearnabout bigchangesbroughtaboutbyruralvitalization.

The itinerarycomprisedexploringWanlvLake,thelargestman-madelakeinSouthChina,savoringlocaldelicacies,participatinginsweetpotatoharvesting,andtouringtheHeyuanDinosaurMuseum,themuseumwiththelargestcollectionof fossilizeddinosaureggsintheworld.

"ThisexperientialjourneyhasetchedprofoundmemoriesandofferedvaluableinsightsthatIaimtoapplyinmyhomecountry.Armedwiththeseexperiencesandstrategies,Iaspiretoaddresspertinentissueswithinmycommunity,"saidHayatQaisar,a student fromPakistan.Headdedthatobservingthe progressofHeyuananditscountiesinrecentyearswasnoteworthy.

ABangladeshistudent, UddinMdBorhan, considered thistouraninvaluableexperience,fosteringculturalexchangeanddeepening their understandingofChina'srichheritage."AsIbidfarewelltoHeyuan,Icarrywithmenotonlythelessonslearnedfromtheculturalexchangebutalsothewarmthofthefriendshipsforgedduringthisjourney."

ThestudentsalsogavealivelyinternationalcultureclasstolocalprimaryschoolstudentsinHeyuan,introducingtheircountry'straditionalcustomsandlandmarks,andpresenting giftstoeachother.
