2026 Shenzhen International Summit on Future Medicine (SZFM)

Shenzhen International Summit on Future Medicine (SZFM) will be held from March 20th to 22nd, 2026, in Shenzhen, China. The summit, hosted by the Shenzhen University Medical School, aims to create a premier international platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of medicine, with a special focus on innovation for healthy aging.

The summit will center on two core challenges:

Theme I: AI for Healthy Aging – Exploring intelligent solutions for elderly care.

Theme II: Chronic Disease Challenges in Aging Populations – Focusing on skeletal, neurological, and oncological disorders.

We sincerely invite experts in the field of AI applications in healthcare and/or aging-related chronic diseases to contribute to either theme. We are confident that your insights would be invaluable to our audience and would greatly elevate the scientific discourse of the event. 04 Conference Registration

Participants are responsible for own travel and accommodation expenses. For your registration, please register online:https://www.szfm.com.cn/onepage.php?id=10, or scan the following QR code by your mobile phone:

(1) Students are required to present his/her student ID on-site(Registration fee includes meeting fee, meals and material fee etc.).

(2) The on-site registration desk is open at the lobby of the Genpla Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan Lobby (7 Floor) between 10:30-18:00 on Mar. 20th .

(3) If you arrive at the hotel earlier or later than these times, please check in at the hotel first and then contact conference service group to arrange your registration.

(4) Please be sure to indicate the note "szfm2026 + Full Name of Participant" when making the payment.

(5) For payments made on behalf of multiple attendees, please list all their full names in the note to facilitate the conference secretariat in verifying payment information and subsequent reconciliation and invoicing. Please retain the payment receipt after completing the payment, then scan the registration QR code.

05 Abstracts

Please be informed that up to 5 poster awards (US$200 each) will be identified during the meeting. Please submit your abstracts via the link:https://v.wjx.cn/vm/hYjUoRv.aspx

a. An abstract may be submitted only after you Register and pay registration fee for the meeting.

b. The abstract shall not exceed 500 words in length, and must include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) of the author(s). Any acknowledgements, if included, shall also count towards the total word count.

c. A selection process will take place around 2-3 weeks after your submission, at which point you will be notified by email.

d. One Registered participant can submit only one abstract, but can be a co-author in the abstract of another Registered participant.

e. Theme of Abstracts

Theme I: AI for Healthy Aging – Exploring intelligent solutions for elderly care.

Theme II: Chronic Disease Challenges in Aging Populations – Focusing on skeletal, neurological, and oncological disorders.

Note:

Participant is required to print the poster. In addition, posters will be displayed as a portrait of approximately 90 cm x 120 cm. The content on poster should be written in English.

Important Dates:

Abstract submission for poster: before Feb. 20th, 2026

Acceptance Notification: 2-3 weeks after submission.
