The finals of the 16th Technology Innovation Competition “The Challenge Cup” was held from November 7th to 13th at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics’ Xueyuan Road Campus.

This Competition was jointly hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, China Association for Science and Technology, Chinese Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, All-China Students’ Federation and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and organized by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Six projects from Shenzhen University qualified at the pre-selection of school and province level and then entered the preliminary and intermediary assessments of the national competition. Among them there were four projects that passed the preliminary and intermediary assessments of the national competition and reached the finals. In the end, SZU’s projects won a total of two First Prizes, two Second Prizes, two Third Prizes and one Progressive Innovation Award. Students from SZU also received the Champions Cup, making history with their excellent performance.
